To use this template:

  1. Divide tasks into non-negotiables, next in line (low priority) and nice to do.
  2. Focus on non-negotiable lists.
  3. Divide the tasks into steps and update progress in the progress column.
  4. Move the low priority tasks (Tasks in holding) to non-negotiable tasks.
  5. Review the low priority tasks every week and move them to non-negotiable list.
  6. The nice to do list should have tasks which are not too important not urgent.
